Ok, now that St. Charles is over~it is time to start thinking about Nashville!!
I'm working on a way cool repro chart! (Hint:the girl who stitched it finished it Oct. 31. 1844, and it has a very interesting/spooky story!)
So I want to do another design on the same scale as Witches Hollow. I have a few ideas, but wanted to see what you guys would like to stitch.
Let me know your ideas.
I'm going to use the random number generator again to pick the winners.
Give-away will be my 2 new definition charts~Halloween & Witch.
Oh cool, a repro! Hmm, what to design next... Adam and Eve. Eve and Adam. The Tree of Life with Adam and Eve hanging around next to it. The serpent with Eve and Adam. Just a few ideas. ;) Your A&E is one of my favorites!
ReplyDeleteYour witch designs are so great. Anything witchy you come up with will work for me!
ReplyDeleteOh gosh! I'm not sure what I'd like to see next. I know I love your tombie designs. But then I love all your designs!
ReplyDeleteI love all your Halloween designs. I can't wait to see what you come up with. Thanks for the opportunity.
ReplyDeleteIm so glad their is so many halloween lovers out there. Please add me to your contest. Thanks for the great blog. I love visiting! Beth N. (stormybrew57@aol.com)
ReplyDeleteOh please count me in !!!!
ReplyDeleteYour new design sounds beautiful, and if it looks likes witches hollow thats even better. I'm still working on that one and I find it so nice to work on that one. So many witches together on one pattern ..... THATS A JOY !!!
I enjoy all of your designs and witches Hollow has been a favorite. Maybe something with ghosts and spirits.
ReplyDeleteThe repro sounds interesting! Can't wait to see what you come up with next. I have no suggestions for you, though!
ReplyDeleteJill
How about: a dark wood, with witches gathering around cauldrons to work their spells, Baba Yaga's cabin on chicken legs, skull lanterns throwing spooky beams of light, a giant moon...
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see anything witchy, halloweenie. I love your designs.
ReplyDeletesimmcar@comcast.net
Ooohhh, can't wait to see this latest project and the story behind it!
ReplyDeleteI love all of your designs, especially the Halloween, Witch, and Tombstone pieces. Keep em' comin'!!
I would love to see a Frankenstein or a Christmas design. But, as always, Halloween, anything Halloween is great with me!!! Smiles...
ReplyDeleteWelcome back from St. Charles! I've been stalking 123 Stitch to see if they have your new patterns yet, to no avail. I would love to see a "Wheel of the Year" sampler, or a moon cycle sampler in your style. Thank you for listing the threads & fabric choices for your newest patterns. And, love the music too. Blessed Be, Dianne in UT
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see what you come up with! Something with a toad!
ReplyDeleteOh that repro sounds fantastic. I can't wait to hear the story behind it.
ReplyDeleteAs far as the new design - I think a Christmas Gathering of Sisters would be really neat. Everything you might imagine Witches would do to decorate for/celebrate Christmas. The black cats would need red bows of course. :o)
Can`t wait to see all the new designs, particularly "Witch" I love anything with the moon and stars, or how about a Green Man?
ReplyDeleteDidn`t mean to sign as Anonymous...anyway Moon and Stars, Green Man, Nature, Witches, Tombtone Angels.
ReplyDeleteI love all your designs, especially your Halloween pieces. I cant wait to see the next one. Thanks for another contest.
ReplyDeleteLove everything, so can't think of anything to suggest at this time, just keep the designs coming. Please add me to the giveaway list.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what you come up with. I love Halloween designs, the spookier the better.
ReplyDeleteRepros are nice, but I think something Halloween-ish or Witchy would be great! I am certain that anything you come up with will be incredible!!!
ReplyDeleteIt's just so hard to believe how quick this year is moving.
Oooh, yes, I would love to see a Green Man design too! Perhaps it could be called "Dryad's Grove". It would be a wonderful pattern for springtime, to correspond with the fall theme of "Witches Hollow". At least, that's how I would consider them as companion pieces...
ReplyDeleteI love all the Halloween and especially the witch designs! The repro should be interesting. Please add me to the contest! I hope to have Witch Hollow done by next Halloween.
ReplyDeleteLove Witches Hollow - more of the same works for me - tombstones, skeletons, and witches aplenty! Spooky old houses, spiders, cobwebs, and big harvest moons.
ReplyDeleteone thing I really like is the idea of using some more traditional motifs with a Halloween theme - like Adam and Eve in witches' hats and brooms, or jacob and esau with a pumpkin instead of a cluster of grapes...you get the idea...
Julie
I love all your designs :) Favorite motifs afor me are tombstones and skeletons (I don't see many of them) and skeleton keys.

ReplyDeleteI like Dianne's idea of a moon cycle sampler or wheel of the year...How cool and different!
ReplyDeleteEve
I love your designs! Especially the Halloween ones because Halloween is my favorite holiday. Please include me in your contest.
ReplyDeleteI love Halloween so anything you design for Halloween is a winner with me! Please include me in the contest. Something with a haunted house in it would be cool.
ReplyDeleteI still say alot can be done with a Masked ball. You can have floationg chandeliers for instance, All kinds of hair doos piled high...ringlets for the men with buckled shoes. Black roses, and let not forget it would be a masked ball so no showing your face...Masks..masks...something on the line of a Venice type of ball but with a Halloween flavor to it. You can enter me in your next drawing too....I would be to thrilled if I could win...pretty please and smell my feet...LOL
ReplyDeleteI go along with Dianne and Patti and Marty-
ReplyDeletemoon phases, skeleton keys and those "wicked" colors- oh my!
Looking forward to the reproduction design :)
Love all of your Halloween designs. I have many in my stach and continue to add more. Please enter me in your new contest.
ReplyDeleteWe do not have much opportunity to do anything halloweeny here in Ireland, it is not a big holiday here, so I guess I would love to do anything which combines Halloween with Autumn, especially autumn colours!
ReplyDeleteI like any designs that have a Halloween theme! Witches, bats, cats, you name it...I like it!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the contest!!
Our love for your designs comes from YOU. YOU are what make them so special. Each time a new design comes out ---- my mouth says "OH I want THAT one". Never fails.
ReplyDeleteGo to work and congure (is that spelled right?) up something wonderful. It is the month of October ---- so I hope your brain goes into overtime. :-)
I LUUUUUUUUV your designs. All of them. Every last stinkin one of them. LOL. LUUUUUUUV them!
Anything witchy.. maybe a group of witches... love your patterns!
ReplyDeleteSo excited about the repro you're doing! And as for a new design...I'd love something that incorporated kind of that New Orleans voodoo kind of vibe to it - kind of like your Hoodoo Voodoo piece, but more villagey like Witch's Hollow. Even a little Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil-ish. A little more voodoo, a little less Halloween - but still with a cool spooky vibe. And snakes - gotta have snakes. ;)
