Warmth!

It was a beautiful day! While working in the yard, I spotted this fine fellow. I just love toads and frogs. After some yard work, I sat out in the sun and read for awhile. It was glorious! There's nothing like warm sun and bare feet after a really, really long, cold winter!
On the designing front~I'm almost done with Sampler Sisters, then on to another alphabet one, Mystic Sampler, I need some inspiration to get going on Cape Cod's Boys. Melissa came up with an awesome name for my big Halloween design, it's going to be called "Witches Hollow"! How cool is that!! Thanks again Melissa!!

Ooh, I like the sound of your new designs. I'm still stitching on Earth Sampler though, so don't produce them too soon...;)

I love the sound of the new designs, Lisa!! That Melissa is too creative with the names, too. ;) What about looking at this site, http://www.geeringpottery.com/ for some help with Cape Cod's Boys? I think the artist is actually in Cape Cod. I know the ditty and all that and being that I can't draw a straight line I can't suggest anything, but figured looking at stuff other artists have used for Cape Cod-ish stuff might help inspire your own. Also clairemurray.com has some nice Cape Codish stuff.

Lisa,
Would you please tell me the name of your company? I can't find it on the blog and I would like to see your charts. Your pieces sound like something I would be interested in stitching!
Thanks!

Oh dear Lisa!! Yes, it warmed up, but I think I am again blowing some cold air on you, since it is to be in the 30's again tonight...BRRR!! Can't wait to see these wonderful new things you have in the works!

My Cape Cod's Girls is still in the pattern stage, but they have been using those cod fish bone combs to pretty themselves for the Cape Cod's Boys! You always come up with the most wonderful designs, and I'm sure the Boys will be no exception.

Can't wait to see them. Boy, does your music take me back to high school. Alice Cooper! He was so shocking back then.

Your hair looks really cool in your blog pic!!

I haven't seen any toads here, yet, not even around the toad house.

I really like your blog and it just clicked that I got a couple patterns from The primitive needle. Is it you? Dah? Anyway, I have you in my favorites, can I put you on my side bar as great places to visit? Enjoying my stitching, thanks for your great patterns. I love bare feet in the sunshine and had the opportunity briefly today. LOL
